- Take physical exercise and take the time to relax.
- Keep a low level of background noise, such as an opened window, a fan or leave the radio on.
- Listen to recorded relaxation sounds, such as rain, the sea or bird tune. Try an MP3 player with pillow speakers if you�re using them at night and don�t want to disturb your partner.
- Reducing your exposure to loud disturbance, as this can make your tinnitus worse and may lead to hearing injury.
