Tinnitus

- Take physical exercise and take the time to relax.
- Keep a low level of background noise, such as an opened window, a follower or leave the radio on.
- Listen to recorded relaxation sounds, such as rain, the sea or bird song. If you�re using them at night and don�t want to disturb your partner, try an MP3 player with pillow speakers.
- Reducing your exposure to loud sound, as this can make your tinnitus worse and may lead to hearing harm.
