- Take frequent exercise and make time to relax.
- Keep a low level of backdrop noise, such as an opened window, a fan or leave the radio on.
- Listen to recorded relaxation noises, such as rain, the water or bird song. Try an MP3 player with pillow speakers if you�re using them at night and don�t want to disturb your partner.
- Reducing your exposure to loud disturbance, as this can make your tinnitus worse and may lead to hearing harm.
