Tinnitus is the perception of sound in your ear or head that isn�t caused by a third party source. There are many different conditions that can cause tinnitus and in some cases it can occur for no known cause.

Mild tinnitus is normal, affecting about one in 10 people. There are 2 types of tinnitus.
