- Take regular exercise and take the time to relax.
- Keep a low level of history noise, such as an opened window, a fan or leave the radio on.
- Listen to recorded relaxation seems, such as rain, the water or bird song. If you�re using them at night and don�t want to disturb your partner, try an MP3 player with pillow speakers.
- Reducing your exposure to loud disturbance, as this can make your tinnitus worse and may lead to hearing injury.
