Tinnitus is the perception of sound in your ear or head that isn�t caused by some other source. There are many different conditions that can cause tinnitus and quite often it can occur for no known reason.

  • Listen to recorded relaxation seems, such as rain, the ocean or bird track. Try an MP3 player with pillow speakers if you�re using them at night and don�t want to disturb your partner.
  • Reducing your exposure to loud noises, as this can make your tinnitus worse and may lead to hearing damage.
