What is tinnitus? The causes of tinnitus?

Tinnitus (from the Latin tinnitus or "buzzing") is a problem characterized by ringing, swishing, or other noises that appear to be originating inside the ear or head. The types of therapies include tinnitus retraining therapy, masking, and behavioral therapy.
