Target tinnitus - seems can be heard by you or your GP when he or she listens using a stethoscope placed close to your ear. This sort of tinnitus is more uncommon and is usually the result of a physical problem which produces sound in or near the ear. For example, problems with narrowing of your respective blood vessels.

  • Take frequent exercise and make time to relax.
