Tinnitus is the perception of sound in your ear or head that isn�t caused by a third party source. There are many different conditions that can cause tinnitus and quite often it can occur for no known reason.

Mild tinnitus is usual, affecting about one out of 10 people. There are two types of tinnitus.

Subjective tinnitus - sounds can only be observed by you. It�s the most typical type of tinnitus which is usually linked to troubles affecting your seeing and hearing (auditory) system.

  • Take frequent exercise and take the time to relax.
