- Take frequent exercise and make time to relax.

- Listen to recorded relaxation sounds, such as rain, the water or bird tune. If you�re using them at night and don�t want to disturb your partner, try an MP3 player with pillow speakers.
- Reducing your exposure to loud disturbance, as this can make your tinnitus worse and may lead to hearing damage.
