  • Listen to recorded relaxation noises, such as rain, the water or bird music. If you�re using them at night and don�t want to disturb your partner, try an MP3 player with pillow speakers.
  • Reducing your exposure to loud sound, as this can make your tinnitus worse and may lead to hearing damage.
